Originally from Ukraine, where I spent my childhood and earned my Computer Science degree at Lviv Polytechnic National University, I moved to Germany in 2002 where I lived in Wiesbaden until 2007. Currently I live in London.

For design of this web site in 2005 I used web standards such as XHTML and CSS. Being a non-designer I just followed design guidelines and best practices such as "bulletproof web design".

Since 2004 I've been indulging my passion for films by collecting the IMDB-high-rating ones available on DVD. The films I really enjoy include Brazil, Solyaris, 12 Angry Men, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Miller's Crossing, Festen, Jaws.
